Forward: Robert Lachance, P.A.L. Jr. Islanders
An NCDC All-Stars selection, Lachance (‘04/West Hartford, Conn.) scored two goals and added two assists for four points during the Jr. Isles’ two wins against Connecticut. This included the only goal in a 1-0 win against the Connecticut Jr. Rangers. He has 44 points in 41 games, an improvement by 30 points over last year’s total.
Defense: Brayden Sprickman, West Chester Wolves
Sprickman (‘05/Erie, Pa.) posted four assists in two games over the past week and he has six helpers over his last three games. The All-Star defenseman has 35 points in 44 games this season.
Goaltender: Nick Bunch, Jersey Hitmen
Bunch (‘05/Canton, Mich.) made 95 saves on 99 shots over three appearances, including a 36-save shutout against the rival Rockets Hockey Club. He also stopped 25 of 26 in a relief appearance.
Rookie: Justin Thibault, Mercer Chiefs
Thibault (‘08/Levis, Que.) scored the GWG against West Chester on Feb. 21, and added three assists the next game for a four-point weekend. He now has 42 points in 35 games.
