NCDC Opens 2024-25 Regular Season

The National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) will open its eighth regular season since its 2017 founding on Thursday, Sept. 19, with three games. These games will kick off an opening stretch of 19 games between Thursday and Sunday, Sept. 22.

The new NCDC season will provide several hundred players with high-speed, physical and exciting junior hockey, all with an eye on college advancement, as well as potential pro hockey futures.

Advancement Success

The NCDC continues to be Your Pathway To College Hockey as 72 players from the 2023-24 season and alumni were committed to NCAA Division I schools for this season or future seasons. Additionally, 139 players and alumni were committed to NCAA Division II and III schools for a total of 211 NCAA commitments for the 2023-24 season.

Rockets Hockey Club NCDC alum Blake Montgomery was selected in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft by the Ottawa Senators in June, becoming the 18th NCDC alum to be selected in the Draft.
